With low dielectric impedance ceramic materials and customizable copper layers, this technology ensures minimal signal loss, superior impedance control, and efficient thermal management. These PCBs also have Nickel or tin-plated aluminum backing, enabling direct metal-to-metal bonding for faster heat dissipation.
