The SS15000PLS from AOI Systems is an Automated Optical Inspection Equipment for PCB sizes of up to 630 x 495 mm. It has an inspection area of 420 mm x 300 mm and is suitable for components of up to 35 mm in height. The equipment features a resolution of 20 microns as standard (with an optional upgrade to 10 microns). The SS15000PLS has a cycle time of less than 20 seconds in high-speed mode and requires an AC supply from 110 to 240 V and consumes less than 10 A of current.
The SS15000PLS is equipped with a PC running Windows 7 and above with an i5 Processor (4GB RAM) and a 500 GB Hard Drive, as well as a network card and an LCD monitor. The included ScanSpection Comparator Software, ScanSpection AOI Software, and CAD Viewer & BOM Software offer a complete solution for inspection needs.
This equipment also offers the convenience of offline programming, inspection, and rework, as well as first article inspection software.
