TR7700L QE

The TR7700L QE from Test Research is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment for PCB sizes of up to 660 x 610 mm and 3D height of up to 40 mm. The equipment supports PCB thickness from 0.6 to 5mm and a maximum PCB weight of 3 kg. It includes a top camera of 12 MP with an image resolution of 10/15 µm.  This machine features 4-way adaptive digital fringe pattern projection and 4-side view cameras. The  TR7700L QE offers 3D solder and assembly inspection by combining multi-angle 2D and 3D technologies with imaging speeds of 13.5 cm²/sec (@ 10 µm) and 30 cm²/sec (@ 15 µm). The AOI machine offers X/Y/Z axis control with an X-Y axis resolution of 1 µm and has an option for 3D Laser Module and CoaXPress Imaging.
