KGNB-700Y

The KGNB-700Y from Advanced Mechatronics Solutions is an NG Buffer System designed to store Not Good (NG) PCBs in a rack while transferring good PCBs to the next machine in FIFO or LIFO fashion. This unit is located after the SPI/AOI process and receives NG PCBs from the process, and upon inspection, the operator can change it to a good PCB. It consists of an upper conveyor belt for PCB transfer. This buffer system can accommodate PCB sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 440 x 330 mm with up to 10 PCBs.

The KGNB-700Y can communicate with the SPI/AOI process through the RS232 interface (an SMEMA interface is also available) and has an integrated touchscreen for manual configuration. This NG buffer system supports anti-touch operation, and therefore, there is no stress on PCBs, resulting in reliable transfer. It also includes a buzzer and an LED tower light for status indications. This unit consumes 700 VA of power. It is available in a rack-mount enclosure that measures 1060 x 830 x 1500 mm.
