The MYC50 from Mycronic AB is a Conformal Coating Machine that supports flexible four-axis tilting enabling the programming of complex spray functions. It has a dual-valve system for simultaneous or asynchronous application of two different spray settings with a triple-mode spray valve and a film coating valve or needle jet for exceptional accuracy, quality, and line utilization. This machine has an AC servo motor or ball screw drive modes and a speed of up to 800 mm/s (x/y-axis) and 300 mm/s (z-axis). It has a d-axis rotation of ±90° and can handle PCB board sizes of up to 650 x 500 mm with a payload capacity of up to 5 kg.
The MYC50 can execute high-precision dispense rotations and automatically switch coating valves with zero stoppage time. It has a powerful suite of process control capabilities from bar-code traceability to fan width control, material temperature, and material circulation heating, a wide range of parameters can be easily monitored to ensure stable process conditions. Automatic barcode scanning can also be programmed to execute functions including PCB transmission, rapid valve cleaning, and multi-valve patterns for synchronous coating applications.
The MYC50 requires an AC supply of 220 V and consumes 16 A of current. It has a footprint of 1290 x 1364 x 1638 mm.
