UV Twin-Cure®DSL 1600 E-FLZ/150

The UV Twin-Cure® DSL 1600 E-FLZ/150 from Peters Group is a Thick Film Conformal Coating Material based on a polyurethane and polyacrylate copolymer. It has a dielectric strength of more than 90 kV/mm and a comparative tracking index (CTI) of more than 600. This solvent-free coating material has a resistance of more than 3.0 x 108 Ohm against moisture & more than 2.0 x 108 Ohm against condensation to protect against corrosion (such as electrochemical corrosion and migration) even in harsh climatic conditions. It can withstand a temperature range of -65 to +130 °C and has a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 80 to 200 ppm/°C. This conformal coating material is UL-approved according to UL 94 for the best flame class V-0, complies with IEC 60664-3, type 1 & 2, and is halogen-free according to JPCA-ES01-2003 & IEC 61249-2-21 standards. It is also suitable for coating flexible circuits depending on the coating thickness and has exceptional transparency & yellowing resistance.
