DeltaTherm

The DeltaTherm from PVA Global is a PCB Curing Oven that can accommodate PCBs of size 50 x 500 mm. It features 4 curing zones of length 1200 mm, 2400 mm, 3700 mm, and 4800 mm where each board of panel width ranges from 50 mm to 500 mm. This curing oven has two independent heating zones that are programmable in 2-foot sections with 7 featured exhausts with exhausting volumes ranging from 5.66 to 28.31 m3/min. The maximum temperature for these IR panels has an upper limit of 260°C, ensuring good results. It has an adjustable conveyor speed from 0.03 m/min to 15.24 m/min with support for Left to Right and Right to Left conveyor directions and has a conveyor height from 890 mm to 965 mm (from the floor).

The DeltaTherm use an advanced Infrared Heat Curing Chamber that efficiently cures adhesives and coatings in a controlled, heated environment. Utilizing infrared panels, it offers a double-sided configuration with custom top and bottom heat profiling in each two-foot section. The infrared coated panels are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. It incorporates various features including an edge-carrying, variable speed pin chain conveyor, rail expansion compensation, SMEMA communications interface, PLC controller, and an OIT touch panel with a display screen. This curing oven also includes thermocouple process control with independent over-temperature protection, enhancing its reliability. Additionally, DeltaTherm offers an optional humidity control feature, allowing further customization for moisture cure applications.
