Spectra

The Spectra from PVA Global is an Ultraviolet Light Curing System. It utilizes Fusion® UV lamps by Heraeus to initiate fast ultraviolet light polymerization of adhesives and coatings in an efficient inline process. This system can accommodate PCBs ranging from 50 to 500 mm in dimension and measuring from 51 to 152.4 mm in height. It includes a dual-directional conveyor with a height ranging from 890 to 965 mm from the floor and a conveyor speed of up to 5.8 m/min. It incorporates a standard hand crank conveyor that is adjustable, with an optional automatic conveyor width adjustment. This oven has a maximum 4-inch clearance for components on both the top and bottom sides.

The Spectra features various beam widths available to accommodate a wide range of substrate dimensions. It comes complete with an OIT touchscreen interface for smooth operation and single or double-sided processing. This oven has a communication interface powered by SMEMA, which also controls the chain conveyor. The exhaust system ensures safety by expelling gases at a volume of 17 m³/min. Additionally, the oven includes an inlet air filtration system and rail expansion compensation for functionality and efficiency. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1651 x 1661 x 965 mm and requires an AC supply.
