Precision UVC (UV Cure)

The Precision UVC from Specialty Coating Systems is a PCB Curing Machine. It offers full-spectrum UV curing in integration with the SCS PrecisionCoat selective conformal coating and dispense system. Coupled together, components move from the PrecisionCoat to the Precision UVC automatically and the curing cycle is controlled by the coating system. The Precision UVC, when controlled by a computer, can also operate independently of a coating system. It has a full spectrum mercury UV source that covers a cure zone from 2 to 24 inches wide with three selectable power levels from 125 W/in to 300 W/in. This PCB curing equipment can accommodate PCBs measuring up to 610 x 102 mm and can support versatile conveyor directions (Left-to-Right, Right-to-Left).

The Precision UVC includes a 24-inch pin chain conveyor with automated width. It is SMEMA compatible and is available in an enclosure that measures 2140 x 1170 x 1570 mm requires an AC supply.
