1000 IC

The 1000 IC from Cencorp Automation Oy is a Depaneling Equipment that functions as a bottom router to cut PCB panels on carriers or as a pre-router when combined with another Cencorp router. It operates as an inline solution without an upper robot to maximise the output of the inline depaneling process. When used as a pre-router, the machine can cut the panel partially and transfer it to the next depaneling machine, reducing the amount of milling to be done and improving production line output. It has exceptional milling accuracy and functions as a standard and optionally supports edge-cutting quality inspection. This equipment supports PCB sizes ranging from 75 x 75 mm to 440 x 280 mm.
