N4

The N4 from NSW Automation is a Solder Paste Dispenser that can accommodate PCB sizes up to 400 x 475 mm. It has a SynchroPULSE-MICRO/HeliMASTER-3 DST jetting valve & Dynamic-Shockwave piezoelectric jetting technologies for its fluid delivery system and has a dispensing size as small as 80 μm with a dispense speed of over 20k dph. This machine has a bi-directional material stabilizer to ensure consistent overall dispensing performance over time and a smart "Rework" function for optimum productivity. It supports board designs with flat, protruded, cavity, stacked, random, and high-density assemblies. 

The N4 has a full closed-loop iron core linear motor drive for the XY-axis actuator and a servo motor drive with a linear encoder for the Z-axis actuator. It has a resolution of 0.1 µm and an accuracy of ±10 μm for the XY and Z axes. This machine requires an AC supply of 220-240 V and consumes less than 20 A of current. It has a footprint of 2145 x 1610 x 1476 mm.
