The FA 1283 from HIOKI E.E. Corp is a horizontal-loading, double-sided Flying Probe Tester with 100 times/second test speed. This tester can inspect PCB sizes from 50x50 mm to 400 x 330 mm and PCB thicknesses of 0.1 to 2.5 mm. It has 4 test heads (2 top / 2 bottom), and 1172 series mountable probes with a maximum 900,000 number of test steps. This machine has a Full lineup of functions including capacitance measurement, and testing of diodes and other embedded components.
