FA1816

The FA1816 from HIOKI E.E. Corp is a Horizontal Single-Sided Flying Probe Tester that has 2 probe arms. It has high-resolution cameras with high-power lenses (1x optical zoom) to deliver accurate probing of the board. This equipment also has optional 2x lenses to further improve alignment precision and proprietary probes that enable testing with shallower impacts and without compromising speed. It uses a capacitance measurement method where circuit pattern shorts and breaks are detected by comparing test values to reference values. This tester has a probing speed of up to 100 points per second in up to 999,999 test steps. It can accommodate PCB sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 610 x 510 mm and a PCB thickness of 0.1 mm to 3.2 mm. This equipment requires an AC supply of 200-240 V and consumes a maximum of 3 kVA of power. It has a footprint of 1303 x 1194 x 1167 mm.
