The APT-2400F-SL from Takaya Corp. is a Flying Probe Tester that has four probes. It can perform up to 350,000 test steps and has a measurement speed of 0.03 seconds/step. This flying probe tester can accommodate PCB sizes up to 635 x 610 mm as well as long substrates of sizes up to 985 x 610 mm and has a repeatable probe positioning accuracy of ±25 μm. It can handle component heights of 60 mm on the top and 120 mm on the bottom side. This tester requires an AC power supply of 200-240 V and consumes less than 3.0 kVA of power. It has a footprint of 1520 x 1620 x 1550 mm.
