Seamark XC1000

The Seamark XC1000 from CORE-EMT is an X-ray Component Counter that uses AI-powered algorithms to count SMD components automatically. It has an accuracy of 99.99% and can detect SMD components as small as 0.4 x 0.2 mm (01005). This component counter has a 30-80 kV X-ray tube and a 427x 427 mm X-ray flat panel detector with a resolution of 3.6 Lp/mm. It inspects in 3 modes - 1 reel, 4 reel and only one mode and supports reel sizes of 381 mm (1 reel mode) & 178 mm (4 reel mode). This machine has a count time of 4-10 s (1 reel mode) and less than 12 seconds (4 reel mode). It has a smart labeling function with auto-recognition to ensure the correct label for every reel and connects with MES/ERP/WMS for real-time data exchange. This equipment has a footprint of 800 x 1.280 x 2.200 mm.
