BA385E1-V

The BA385E1-V from Autotronik SMT-GmbH is a Pick and Place Machine that has a single head with Vision on the Fly technology. It can accommodate up to 128 tape feeders and support 8 mm-wide tape, featuring a Quick Scan function and the capacity for up to two waffle trays for IC component placement. This machine has a placement area of 435 x 430 mm without a waffle tray and 435 x 270 mm with a waffle tray. It can handle component sizes ranging from 0.4 x 0.2 mm (01005) to 150 x 100 mm and has a placement rate of up to 4500 CPH as per IPC 9850 standards with an accuracy of +/- 0.03 mm.  

The BA385E1-V has a COGNEX Alignment System with Vision on the Fly along with a digital bottom vision camera for fine pitch QFP and BGA components. This machine can automatically detect loose components and has a barcode reader for feeder setup. It has an EtherCAT Bus System, a built-in dispenser system, and vision inspection capabilities. This equipment requires an AC supply of 230 V and consumes 2400 W of power. It has a footprint of 1270 x 990 x 1355 mm.
