The MC-400 from Manncorp is an Automatic Pick and Place Machine with modern characteristics. It has a single placement head with a placement rate of 2,500 CPH (per IPC-9850) and covers a huge spectrum of SMT elements. It can place SMDs up to 100 mm x 150 mm along with CSPs, µBGAs, BGAs and MBGAs. In addition, it is well capable of placing micro lead frames (MLFs), odd-form components and flip chips.

MC-400 is exclusively designed to deliver quick turn-around times with utmost precision for contract manufactures or product development labs. It also provides ease of functionality to operators with Visual Inspector to ensure solder paste application and alignment of components on first article assembly as well as Virtual PCB simulator so that correct placement of components can be insured.

The machine serves well as a dual-purpose machine as it does not require any additional feeders, accessories, or software if the company decides to increase its volume production considering its compatibility with other members of MC family.
