MC-400

The MC-400 from Manncorp is an Automatic Pick and pick-and-place machine that has a single placement head. It operates using dual-vision systems consisting of Cognex® on-the-fly and bottom vision alignment systems to ensure accurate alignment of component connection points (leads, balls, bumps) to pads. It has a built-in search routine for fiducial marks that identifies and corrects for PCB offset or misalignment. This machine has a maximum placement rate of 3000 CPH, a placement accuracy of ±0.05 µm, and a repeatability of ±0.01 mm. It can support up to 64 feeders and has a maximum placement area of 415 x 320 mm. This equipment supports component sizes ranging from 01005 to 100 mm x 150 mm, including BGAs, MBGAs, CSPs and µBGAs, micro lead frames (MLFs), flip chips, and odd-form components. It requires an AC supply of 200-230 VAC and has a footprint of 952 x 977.9 x 1447.8 mm.
