MC889

The MC889 from Manncorp is an SMT Pick and Place Machine that is designed for fast and highly precise loading of large batch sizes. It has 6 placement heads and is equipped with an optical centering, "Vision on the Fly" system for best possible measurement of SMD components (such as 0201, SOIC, PLCC, BGA, µBGA, CSP & QFP, as well as odd-shaped components) with a placement rate of 20,000 CPH. This machine is equipped with two camera options for components ranging in size from 0.6 x 0.3 mm to 16 x 14 mm to measure directly on the head to save time. The "bottom vision" camera is used to measure components larger than 16 x 14 mm. This additional stationary camera allows for the placement of components up to 50 x 50 mm in size (with 01005 resolution [0.3 x 0.2mm] available as an option).

The MC889 can be equipped with an array of different feeder units, from automatic tape feeders to IC trays. It can handle up to 96 tape feeders and up to 3 waffle trays. This machine includes a Windows 10 compatible software for easy programming and ensuring a short learning curve for operators.
