MYPro A40DX

The MYPro A40DX from Mycronic AB is an Automated Pick and Place Machine. It supports component sizes from 01005 to 45 x 45 x 15 mm or as long as 150 x 40 x 15 mm. This machine employs high-speed MX7™ mounthead technology, which moves independently in theta and Z axes and can pick, rotate and place nearly any component with extreme precision. It has 2 heads capable of 360° rotations that use vision detection to handle components. The pick and place machine has up to 448 pieces of feeders, a placement accuracy of ±0.05 mm, and a placement rate of 118,000 CPH. It uses an intuitive user interface to enhance user experience, providing a seamless operational environment.
