NT-T5

The NT-T5 from NECTEC is a Pick-and-Place Machine that has dual-arm combination placement heads in 10+10 head (high-speed mounting) or 6+6 head (multifunctional mounting) configurations. It delivers a placement speed of 84,000 CPH and has a placement accuracy of up to ±0.035 mm. This equipment supports PCB sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 510 mm on a monorail and 510 x 280 mm on a dual track and PCB thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 9.0 mm. It is equipped with a flying 500 W area array MARK camera with a 20 × 20 mm field of view and an optional fixed camera. This equipment can process component sizes ranging from 0201 to 13 x 13 x 6.5 mm and up to 40 x 40 x 13 mm (with a fixed camera).

The NT-T5 has a motion system that integrates dual linear motors on the XY axis, a high-precision linear motor on the Z-axis, and closed-loop control on the Y-axis for accuracy. This system has smart features such as ATC automatic nozzle change, real-time vacuum detection, and closed-loop force control, ensuring consistent placement quality, while features like MES integration, barcode/QR code recognition, and data upload support connected and efficient production. It requires an AC supply of 380/420/480V and consumes 5 kW of power. This machine has a footprint of 1380 x 2050 x 1550 mm.
