VP1000-1580

The VP1000-1580 from ASSCON Systemtechnik-Elektronik GmbH is a Vapor Phase Reflow Soldering System engineered for precise, oxidation-free soldering of large-format PCBs. Designed for efficient single-lane transport, it can handle PCB sizes up to 1500 x 800 mm, components up to 60 mm in height. It supports an oxidation-free pre-heating and soldering process with a continuously adjustable temperature gradient through sensor-based profiling. This 2-chamber system ensures rapid, even heat distribution for fast, reliable processing of large assemblies. It supports dynamic profiling and optional Dynamic Profiling PLUS+ that provides sensor-based temperature control and continuously adjustable gradients for repeatable, high-quality results.

The VP1000-1580 supports 24/7 series production and features an internal memory for up to 500 soldering programs. This reflow soldering equipment has a touch-display interface that enables easy, intuitive operation and allows real-time measurement of each soldering process at the product level, along with automatic creation and control of the soldering profile. It requires an AC supply of 400 V and consumes 7.2 kWh of power.
