The 1809MK7 from Heller Industries is a Reflow Soldering Oven that has been designed to provide lower Delta T while reducing overall energy consumption. It offers new cooling management systems for best-in-class cooling rates and low exit temperatures while providing excellent thermal separation between zones. This oven’s energy management system offers smart control when off-loading of production to further save energy consumption. It has a new heat exchanger system with chilled water for excellent flux filtration performance while keeping maintenance and cleaning easy during preventive maintenance. This soldering oven also has multiple flux management options such as flux consumption (air, water, and pyrolysis) for boards to stay clean and dry. It supports high parallelism and low vibration, even with multiple lane configurations, making it suitable for transportation applications.
The 1809MK7 is equipped with enhanced low height heater module and large impeller to provide the lowest Delta T on the product with improved air flow and uniformity. The new cooling system integrated into this oven results in cooling rates better than 6°C/s and exit temperatures below 50°C. It consists of 9 heating zones with each having a length of 2540 mm and has 2 cooling zones with each having a length of 1000 mm. This oven operates up to 350°C with a temperature control precision of ±0.1°C. It integrates 50-560 single lane mesh belts and 50-400 dual-lane belts (in single lane mode) for PCBs. This oven requires an AC supply 208/240/380/400/415/440/480 V and consumes less than 100 A of current. It measures 4650 x 1520 x 1440 mm.
