The MK7 from Heller Industries is a Reflow Oven for high throughput applications delivering lower Delta T values with reduced nitrogen consumption. It has an innovative design that allows extended PM that enables the operator to see across the assembly line due to its low-height top shell. The double insulation provides a 10 to 15% decrease in energy loss during reflow soldering.

The MK7 is equipped with an augmented low height heater module that helps achieve low Delta Ts with improved airflow and consistency. The Uniform Gas Management system makes sure that nitrogen consumption is reduced by 40% by eliminating the net flow of gas. It has a new semi-circular heater with longer lifetime.

The flux control system in this reflow oven allows for easy removal of flux by collecting them inside collection jars that can be eliminated while the oven is running-saving time-consuming P.M. Additionally, MK7 Reflow Oven provides with Reflow Oven CPK, Product Traceability, and Process CPK that gives the advantage of improving product quality and yield with cost reduction.
