The HS-1202-LF from Oubel Group is a Reflow Soldering Equipment that has 4830 mm long heating zones. It has 12 heating zones at the top & 12 at the bottom and 2 cooling zones at the top & 2 at the bottom providing temperature control accuracy of ±1.5 °C. This equipment has a chain and meshwork conveyor that operates from right to left at a speed of up to 2000 mm/minute and can accommodate PCBs of width up to 400 mm. It has a fault detection diagnosis feature with an automatic display alarm system for abnormal temperatures or dropped PCB boards. The machine requires a 3-phase AC supply of 380 V and consumes 72 kW of power. It has a footprint of 6890 x 1370 x 1555 mm.
