The AE-F600C from SMTmax is a reflow oven with a maximum temperature of 400°C. This reflow oven includes 3 top and 3 bottom heating zones. With a high-speed, longer shaft-designed blower placed next to each heat source for maximum convection, the heating zone temperature has an accuracy of ±1°C, ensuring a ±2°C temperature uniformity across the PCB assembly. It has an improved airflow design that uses a centered slot with pressurized multi-hole technology to guarantee uniform distribution of hot air, as well as low-velocity, low-turbulence airflow to prevent component shift or disturbance. This reflow oven features a touch screen with windows based operating system.
The power consumption for the reflow oven is 220V/60 Hz, normal operating power is around 12.5KW and its Peak power is about 25KW. Its overall dimensions are 79"X32" X50" and its Packing dimensions are 84"X32" X58".
