The Icon from MagicRay Technology is a 3D Solder Paste Inspection Equipment that uses a 3D and color-featured algorithm for the effective detection of various defects. It has a 5/12 MP industrial camera with a resolution of 15 μm (5 MP) and 5.5, 10, 12 or 15 μm (12 MP). This equipment uses projectors for height measurement and has a height resolution of 0.37 μm. It can handle PCB sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 510  x 610 mm. This machine can inspect solder paste sizes from 0.1 mm to 20 mm and detect icicles, insufficient solder, excess solder, average height, offset, solder bridge, odd shape, exposed copper golden finger, etc. defects. 

The Icon uses intelligent zero reference point technology that ensures accurate measurements, especially for PCB board deformation. It has exceptionally strong anti-jamming that is effective in detecting PCBs of different color variations and also automatically adjusts inspection specifications for black and white boards. This machine can achieve fat programming with/without Gerber and supports SPC data analysis to help optimize process quality. It requires an AC supply of 220V and can be controlled via Ethernet or SMEMA interfaces. This equipment has a footprint of 1000 x 1620 x 1360 mm.
