The SP600 from Autotronik SMT-GmbH is a Semi-Automatic Solder Paste Printer that has a stencil frame size ranging from 350 x 350 mm to 815 x 500 mm. It has a table size of 600 x 400 mm and can accommodate PCB sizes of up to 650 x 370 mm. This solder paste printer has a registration repeatability of +/- 0.01 mm and supports flexible mounting for both single- or double-sided boards. It includes dual-camera vision for quick PCB alignment and dual squeegees with dual-stroke control for efficient solder paste use. This solder printer also provides parallel separation of stencil and PCB with programmable speed control for well-defined prints. It has a footprint of 1402 x 962 x 1001 mm.
