Digicom Electronics delivers precision PCB assembly through two dedicated SMT production lines engineered for high-mix, low-to-medium volume programs. Its primary high-speed line utilizes Yamaha YSM20/YSM20R placement systems paired with ERSA Hotflow nitrogen reflow, while the NPI line is built around MYDATA My100SXe-14 and BTU Pyramax nitrogen-controlled reflow. The operation supports BGA assembly and rework with controlled thermal profiles, fine-pitch placement down to 0.4 mm, 01005 component capability, and ±0.01 mm placement accuracy. Inline AOI, X-ray inspection, and selective soldering (KISS-104) extend coverage for mixed-technology builds.

The facility manages specialized processes including conformal coating, potting and encapsulation, ultrasonic and aqueous cleaning using closed-loop systems, environmental stress screening, burn-in, and full functional testing. All production takes place within a controlled ESD environment supported by comprehensive material and process traceability.

Digicom Electronics provides end-to-end turnkey PCB assembly, managing sourcing, manufacturing, and full process control under AS9100D, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Nadcap, and ITAR-certified systems. All materials are procured through approved suppliers, inspected, and released to production with a job traveler that logs every step. Assemblies move through SMT operations including paste printing, automated placement, reflow, and inline inspection. Through-hole components are completed using selective soldering or IPC-certified hand soldering. Builds then progress through required secondary processes such as conformal coating, potting, cleaning, testing, programming, and integration when applicable.
