ImageTek Contract Manufacturing provides Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCB Assembly) services that include both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole assembly. Operations are conducted within an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, with inspection and testing procedures applied throughout production to verify compliance with technical specifications. SMT assembly uses automated placement equipment to mount surface components, while through-hole assembly involves manual or automated insertion and soldering of leaded components.
In addition to core assembly processes, the company offers potting and encapsulation to protect electronic components, as well as conformal coating to provide environmental protection against moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature variations.
