ITW EAE, a global leader in innovative manufacturing solutions of capital equipment used in the printed circuit board assembly and semiconductor industries, has expanded the production capabilities for the Vitronics Soltec Centurion reflow oven and MPM Momentum II Elite and HiE stencil printers at its Camdenton, Missouri facility in addition to its existing manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China.
This strategic expansion emphasizes ITW EAE’s commitment to continuous development and innovation, ensuring that its products meet the evolving demands of PCB designs for both current and future needs. By enhancing production capabilities, ITW EAE showcases its dedication to delivering high-quality, high-performance solutions while maintaining a competitive cost of ownership, improved lead times, and minimal risk over the long product life cycle.
The production of the Centurion Reflow Oven and Momentum II Elite and HiE printers at the Camdenton facility will follow a multi-phase approach, with the first units expected to ship in Q4 of 2025. The Camdenton facility brings over 30 years of expertise in manufacturing and has a strong track record of successfully managing production shifts across multiple product lines globally.
Currently, the Camdenton facility is responsible for manufacturing all Electrovert Wave Soldering and Electrovert Cleaning machines, supported by a wide-ranging network of established supply chain partners. With this strong foundation, ITW EAE believes that the addition of the Centurion Reflow Oven and Momentum II Elite and HiE printers to the Camdenton production line will be a seamless transition for its customers.
“We look forward to strengthening our long-standing relationships within the industry and markets while continuing to grow alongside our customers,” added Greg Calvo, Business Unit Manager. “This expansion marks another step in our mission to provide innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for the ever-changing PCB manufacturing industry.”
