NCAB Group Denmark Acquires PCB Trading Company Print Production A/S in Horsens

NCAB Group Denmark has announced the acquisition of Print Production A/S, a PCB trading company based in Horsens, south of Aarhus in Jutland. Originally a PCB manufacturing factory, Print Production A/S transitioned to a trading model in 2023, sourcing predominantly from China. The company, which employs three people, reports a turnover of SEK 12 million and an EBITA of just over SEK 1 million.

Print Production has a customer base different from NCAB in Denmark, with customers in the industrial segment. The two former partners will remain working with NCAB.
