Sono-Tek has introduced SelectaFlux 3, its latest selective ultrasonic flux spray system engineered to bring greater precision and consistency to selective soldering operations. Designed specifically for controlled flux application in selective solder machine environments, SelectaFlux 3 uses ultrasonic spray technology to deliver a uniform, finely atomized flux pattern. This approach supports reliable top-side solder fillet formation while significantly reducing the overspray and splatter commonly associated with traditional jet fluxing methods. Complementing the new fluxing system, Sono-Tek also offers the SonoFlux Servo Flow Monitoring option to enhance process control and traceability.
