Follow a PCB's journey through our facility as it undergoes conformal coating. From arrival, each PCB is carefully inspected, washed, dried, gelled, and masked before entering the coating process. After spraying, the boards are demasked, any necessary touch-ins are completed, and a final inspection is carried out to ensure the highest quality standards before the PCBs are returned to the customer.
