Versa Pro

The Versa Pro from Machine Vision Products is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) System designed for PCBs measuring up to 508 x 457 mm. It features a 9.5 MP camera with optical resolution from 5 to 20 µm and an X-Y axis resolution of 19.6 µm. This inspection camera inspects components at a rate of 13.2 cm2/s with a positioning accuracy of 0.5 µm. Powered by Red, Blue, White lighting and a Linux based Multi-Threading CentOS Operating System, this equipment can analyse defects of pre-reflow, post-reflow, and soldering. It has a conveyor length of 996 mm with a conveyor height from 940 to 965 mm.  

The Versa Pro features state-of-the-art shadowless 3D capabilities. With standard software and hardware across processes, this AOI machine optimizes support costs while maximizing performance and uptime. It is available in an enclosure that measures 990 x 1100 x 1580 mm and requires an AC supply.
