S3088 DT

The S3088 DT from Viscom is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Equipment for PCB dimensions of up to 450 mm x 350 mm and minimum width of 70 mm.  It has an inspection speed of up to 65 sq. cm./s and a field of view of 50 x 50 mm. The system has eight angled-view cameras with switchable orthogonal resolution (10 &mum) and can reliably inspect 03015 components for solder joints, placement, and solder paste.

The S3800 DT boasts high-speed 3D AOI technology, ensuring swift and accurate inspection of components and assemblies. It seamlessly integrates with cutting-edge Industry 4.0 interfaces. The system adjusts flexibly to varying track widths. This equipment supports the SMEMA interface and is available in an enclosure that measures 1094 mm x 1565 mm x 1692 mm and is designed for both dual or single-line systems.
