V510Ai ST

The V510Ai ST from ViTrox Corporation Berhad is an AOI Equipment that uses Phase Shift Profilometry (PSP) Methodology for 3D inspection with 4-way projectors. It has a 12MP CoaXPress camera that has an inspection speed of 64 cm²/sec. This camera uses a 15µm telecentric lens that has a FOV of 60 x 45 mm or a 13µm telecentric lens that provides a FOV of 52 x 39 mm. It has a multicolor, multi-angle, multi-segment LED lighting head with an auto calibration concurrent lighting module. This equipment can accommodate PCB sizes of 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 503 mm and PCB thicknesses of 0.5 to 10 mm. 

The V510Ai ST has AI-powered capabilities that excel in defect detection through comprehensive inspection coverage, high accuracy, and high-speed performance. It supports Missing, Offset, Skewed, Polarity, Billboard, Tombstone, Lifted/Bent Leads, Excess/Insufficient Solder, Overturn, Bridging, Wrong Part (OCV Marking), Pin Through Hole (Solderability & Pin Detection), Package Coplanarity, Lifted Lead (Height Measurement), Foreign Material Detection, and Polarity Dimple Measurement functions. This equipment requires an AC supply of 100-120 V, consuming 16 A of current, or an AC supply of 200-240 V, consuming 8 A of current. It has a footprint of 1160 x 1491 xx 1913 mm.
