V510i

The V510i from ViTrox is a Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment that performs high accuracy 3D inspection for advanced packaging (lead frame inspection, die, and wire bond inspection) and mirror/reflective components. It uses Phase Shift Profilometry (PSP) Methodology with 4-way projectors for true 3D inspection. This AOI system has a 25 MP CoaXPress camera with a telecentric lens of resolution from 2.5 µm to 9 µm that provides a FOV of up to 44.2 x 44.3 mm and an inspection speed of 2.2 to 27.9 cm2/s. It can handle PCB sizes of 50 x 50 mm to 490 x 510 mm and PCB thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 4 mm. 

The V510i has a built-in coaxial lighting module with multiple color, multiple angle, multiple segment LED lighting head and an auto calibration concurrent lighting module. It supports inspection functions like mirror/shiny/reflective component surface (lead frame or substrate), component offset, die presence, die offset, die coplanarity, die chip-off/crack, die orientation, & other surface defects on die (scratches, contamination, etc)., gold pad/finger surface inspection, foreign material detection and coordinates measurement. This AOI system requires an AC supply of 100-120 V consuming 16 A of current or an AC supply of 200-240 V consuming 8 A of current. It has a footprint of 1060 x 1353 x 2111 mm.
