TR5001T SII TINY

The TR5001T SII TINY from Test Research, Inc. is an In-Circuit Tester (ICT) that has 640 analog testing points. This equipment is a desktop ICT with additional capabilities like boundary scan to extend coverage, dual independent TAPs and a 16-channel digital I/O interface. It uses analog testing components such as a 6-wire measurement switching matrix and can measure voltage, current, and frequency. This in-circuit tester can test resistance, inductance, capacitance & diodes, and includes a 60 V high-voltage current source for testing LED strips. It has multiple programmable DUT power supplies for advanced analog and digital testing. This ICT can be controlled via a USB interface and is available in a compact enclosure that measures 335 x 260 x 185 mm.
