BS281E-V

The BS281E-V from Autotronik SMT-GmbH is a Pick and Place Machine that has a single head with Vision on the Fly technology. It can accommodate up to 64 belt feeders and supports an 8 mm-wide belt. This machine has a Quick Scan function and the capacity for up to three waffle trays for IC component placement. It has a placement area of 320 x 415 mm without a waffle tray and 320 x 270 mm with a waffle tray. This machine can handle component sizes ranging from 0.6 x 0.3 mm to 150 x 100 mm and has a placement rate of up to 3000 CPH as per IPC 9850 standards with an accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm.  

The BS281E-V has a COGNEX Alignment System with Vision on the Fly, along with a digital bottom vision camera for fine pitch QFP and BGA components.  This machine can automatically detect loose components and has a barcode reader for feeder setup.  It requires an AC supply of 230 V and consumes 700 W of power. It has a footprint of 980 x 1025 x 720 mm.
