EXPERT 10.6 HXV

The EXPERT 10.6 HXV from Martin GmbH is a Rework Station with a 5300 W hybrid under-heating system for uniform heat distribution through convection. It has a heating area of 450 x 420 mm² and can accommodate PCB sizes of up to 500 x 500 mm2 and components of sizes up to 75 x 75 mm2. This rework station has a 5 MP USB2 camera with two camera lenses for BGA and CSP components and a FOV of up to 42 x 57 mm2. It has a comprehensive toolset for dispensing, placing, residual solder removal, and soldering with a magazine. This rework station supports XL-type (BGA/CSP) 5 mm, 8 mm & 15 mm with O-Ring placement nozzles and 15 mm, 27 mm, 35 mm & 40 mm solder nozzles. It has two type K thermocouple sensors and 6 PCB magnet holders with three PCB clips. This rework station can be used for all types of PCB processes, including desoldering, pad cleaning, automatic positioning & soldering, and also supports an automated SMD placement process by Auto Vision Placer (AVP).
