PHOENIX

The PHOENIX from TM Soldering Solutions is a Selective Soldering Machine that is based on mini-solder wave technology for exceptional performance and consistency. It holds the PCB stationary while a high-precision XYZ axis mechanism executes the flux and soldering through-hole components on SMT boards, even in close proximity to adjacent components. This fully automated equipment has dual monitors for simultaneous video feed and HD 1080p cameras for high-resolution process viewing and PCB programming. It has a fiducial recognition feature for automatic position and rotation correction and performs automated solder level verification. This machine has an atomizing flux applicator and a lead-alloy solder pot and pump assembly. It can accommodate PCB sizes of up to 600 x 500 mm and has programmable features that allow for meticulous setting of all process parameters, including travel distances and speeds, solder temperature, wave height, pre-heat dwells, and immersion depths. This machine requires an AC supply of 208-240 V and has a footprint of 1430 x 1430 x 1356 mm.
