It has a precise spray fluxer for reliable flux application, a powerful preheating with three cassettes (two medium wave, one bright radiator), and uses proven crucible technology with a filling volume of only 345 kg. This equipment is optimized for machine data acquisition with efficient process design and smart features. It can heat at a maximum solder temperature of 300°C and takes a heating time of approx. 210 minutes. This equipment has a footprint of 2900 x 1481 x 1590 mm.
