TLT Manufacturing Opens Electronics Manufacturing Facility in Vietnam

TLT Manufacturing announced the opening of TLT Electronics Vietnam, expanding its manufacturing operations into Asia alongside its facilities in Lithuania. The company’s Vietnam operation allows customers to expand manufacturing into a second region while maintaining the same supplier relationship, processes, and quality standards across locations.

TLT Manufacturing stated that Vietnam’s proximity to the Asian electronics supply chain supports shorter lead times for components and raw materials, competitive input costs, and access to Asian markets through trade agreements, including CPTPP, RCEP, and EVFTA. The company also noted that the facility supports customers serving Asian markets or diversifying regional manufacturing operations.

The Vietnam facility includes:

• 6,500 m² production floor
• 2 SMT lines and 2 THT lines
• Laser marking, X-ray inspection, full quality control suite
• 60 employees are currently in operation, with 110 planned by the end of the year
• Completed test production runs

The company’s manufacturing approach is focused on adapting processes based on customer requirements. With operations now active in both Vietnam and Lithuania, the company stated that customers can manufacture in Europe, Asia, or across both regions, depending on operational requirements and regional advantages.
