MIRTEC Opens Texas Demo Room to Expand Customer Support in North America

MIRTEC, a provider of inspection solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry, has opened a new Texas Demo Room to provide North American manufacturers with hands-on demonstrations, application reviews, and technical collaboration.

MIRTEC announced the opening of its new Texas Demo Room in Carrollton, Texas. The facility has been established to expand customer support and technology access in North America, providing clients and partners with a dedicated space for product demonstrations, technical consultations, application reviews, and evaluation of MIRTEC's inspection solutions.

The Texas Demo Room is part of MIRTEC's efforts to support electronics manufacturers across North America. Located in a region with a concentration of electronics, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing companies, the facility places MIRTEC closer to its customers. Through the demo room, the company aims to support collaboration, respond to evolving production requirements, and help manufacturers evaluate inspection solutions for quality, productivity, and process reliability.

The demo room is equipped with the following inspection systems:

• ART: AOI technology for solder joint inspection in automotive electronics manufacturing.
• GENESYS-CC: Image acquisition and AI technology for detecting conformal coating bubbles.
• MV-3CC: Benchtop 3D CCI system for conformal coating inspection.
• MV-3 OMNI: Benchtop 3D AOI system for THT and SMT processes.
• MS-11: 3D SPI system with 0201 mm pad inspection capability and a warpage-free inspection system.
• TAL 3D SCAN: Inspection system for tall components.

The Texas Demo Room will showcase MIRTEC's 3D AOI and 3D SPI systems. Clients will have the opportunity to evaluate the company's inspection capabilities and discuss how the systems can support their production requirements.
