The EP850 from Europlacer is a Solder Paste Printer that is designed for printing on long PCBs. It can handle PCB sizes of up to 850 x 550 mm and PCB thicknesses from 0.4 to 6 mm. This printer supports stencil sizes of up to 1200 x 736 mm and has closed-loop control for squeegee pressure. It has a camera with an FOV of 8.5 x 8 mm and has 2D inspection capabilities for bridge detection and paste presence detection. The camera is also used for 3D laser measurement for solder paste management and laser-guided tooling pin placement after position verification. This printer requires an AC supply of 220 V and has a footprint of 1906 x 1513 x 1430 mm.
