G-Titan

The G-Titan from Juki Americas is a Solder Paste Printer that is designed for SMT manufacturing applications. It supports adjustable stencil frame sizes ranging from 470 x 370 mm to 737 x 737 mm and has a print speed of 10-200 mm/s. This printer has innovative features like Solder Paste Rolling Measurement, Auto paste dispenser with OPC (optimum paste control) squeegees, Flexible Auto Clamp (FAC) System, and Stencil Position Memory (SPM). It has intelligent monitoring systems for humidity, temperature, and paste rolling diameter, enabling consistent, high-quality printing across complex SMT layouts.

The G-Titan has a stencil lock feature that secures the stencil with vacuum, eliminating vibration and ensuring firm contact for ultra-fine pitch and flex circuits. It has an automatic dry, wet, and vacuum-cleaning feature for the stencils and a stencil aperture inspection feature to ensure stencil integrity for flawless printing. This solder paste printer has an OPC (optimum paste control) closed-loop system that ensures ideal paste levels with minimal waste. It has a 2D paste inspection system that uses a digital CCD camera with a field of view of 10 x 8 mm to inspect missing & insufficient solder defects. This solder paste printer can handle PCB sizes of 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 510 mm and a PCB thickness from 0.4 to 6 mm.

The G-Titan requires an AC supply of 220 V and consumes 3 kW of power. It has a footprint of 1240 x 1560 x 1490 mm and is designed to support Industry 4.0.
