Kristall 505

The Kristall 505 from STANNOL GMBH & CO. KG is a No-Clean Flux-Cored Solder Wire that is composed of Sn60Pb40 alloy. It has a halide-activated rosin-based flux system with a flux content of 2.7% by weight, enabling fast soldering on copper and brass surfaces as well as solder-coated materials. This solder wire has low spatter and produces clear, transparent, and electrically safe residues eliminating the need for cleaning after soldering. It supports a wide range of lead-free solder alloys and maintains good thermal stability during soldering processes. This solder wire is available in diameters starting from 0.3 mm & in reel sizes of 250 g, 500 g, and 1 kg and is ideal for wave and reflow soldering processes. It is classified as REL1 according to J-STD-004, indicating its low halide and low corrosivity nature.
