TruView™ Novus

The TruView™ Novus from Creative Electron Inc. is an X-ray Inspection Equipment that is designed for offline 2D, 2.5D, and 3D inspection of PCBs. It has a sealed X-ray tube with an adjustable output voltage of 40-130 kV, an output power of up to 65 W, and a 5µm focal spot size for exceptional clarity. This equipment has a flat-panel detector (FPD) with a pixel size of 84 µm, an inspection area of 129 x 129 mm, and provides 1600x magnification & a frame rate of up to 20 fps. It can handle PCB sizes of up to 600 x 450 mm and supports 360° horizontal rotation of the inspection table for full coverage of samples. This equipment has twin joysticks for X-Y axis rotation control and Z-axis tilting up to 60° & magnification. It requires an AC supply of 110-220 V and consumes 4 kW of power. This equipment has a footprint of 1455 x 1760 x 1945 mm and is ideal for high-precision imaging in industries like semiconductors, lithium batteries, and automotive parts.
