The V810Ai S3 from ViTrox is a 3D AXI System that uses an AXI Dual Lane system for high throughput and cycle time enhancement. It is AI-integrated to automate the process for enhanced accuracy and efficiency, and has powerful & robust AI test algorithms with comprehensive test component coverage for complicated inspection processes. This equipment uses real-time closed-loop & data cross-referencing and has high-resolution X-ray imaging for complex components inspection (heavily shaded and non-uniformly shaded components). It can accommodate PCB sizes of 63.5 x 63.5 to 725.0 x 482.6 mm. This equipment requires an AC supply of 200-240 V or 380-415 V and has a footprint of 1835 x 2185 x 2162 mm.
