V810i S3

The V810i S3 from ViTrox is a 3D X-ray Inspection (AXI) system that has an inspection area of up to 725.0 x 474.9 mm. This machine can accommodate PCB sizes ranging from 63.5 x 63.5 mm to 725 x 482.6 mm and PCB thickness from 0.5 to 7 mm. It can detect joint pitches as small as 0.3 mm, short widths as small as 0.045 mm, and solder thicknesses as small as 0.0127 mm. This equipment transports PCBs up to a height of 1025 mm and has a false call rate of 500-1000 ppm. It has an integrated controller with 8 Core Intel Xeon processors and is compatible with most industry standard barcode readers. This machine requires an AC supply of 200–240 V and has a footprint of 1835 x 2185 x 2162 mm.
